Göker Gamsız brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the maritime industry, managing and operating fleets of up to 37 Product/Chemical Tankers. He is a seasoned expert in marine safety, quality management, vetting processes, regulatory compliance, security, and sustainablehigh-standard marine operations and led the HSEQ department as a manager. His strong leadership capabilities enable him to effectively guide teams, implement robust safety and quality assurance programs, and drive continuous improvement in marine operations. With over 12 years of hands-on experience as an internal auditor for various types of tanker vessels, he has a proven ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. His dedication to maintaining the highest safety, compliance, and efficiency standards in the maritime sector is complemented by his passion for fostering a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
Erkan Dönmez brings over two decades of extensive experience in the maritime industry, combining his expertise as an HSEQ and Environmental Manager with a strong foundation in ship operations and management. His career includes 10 years of high-quality tanker management ashore and 11 years of sea service, with 4 years as the Captain of Suezmax, Aframax, MR, and Handymax vessels. Hisproven expertise spans environmental oversight, maritimesafety, quality management, and operational excellence. His track record as an internal auditor underscores his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and performance. Driven by a dedication to continuous improvement, Erkan excels in fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and efficiency in maritime operations.
Ozan Karsan has 20 years of experience in the maritime industry. He built a career defined by expertise and dedication. After a decade of sea service on oil and chemical tanker fleets, he transitioned ashore to assume the role of Senior Technical Superintendent in tanker ship management. Throughout his career, he has been committed to delivering extensive support to his fleet and providing cost-effective and safe solutions to technical challenges. During his career, he managed to maintain the highest performance and sustainable compliance in his fleet. Furthermore, he managed several drydocks, retrofit projects, and repairs successfully.
His desire for continuous technical improvement, passion for teamwork, and dedication to quality have been key drivers in achieving his professional goals.
